The petition process begins with an expungement eligibility certificate from BCI, which costs $65. Once you have the certificate, you file a petition with the Fifth District Court in St. George. The filing fee is $135. If the court grants the petition, BCI removes the record from public access and the court seals its own file. Full instructions are at utcourts.gov/howto/expunge.
